For the purposes of organizing the event and providing better services, we are going to collect your personal information (eg. First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Title, Email, etc) on the registration page.
The purposes will be including but not limited to:
- To confirm the identity by your recognition form.
- All other purposes that help us to give better services at the meeting.
The conference committee uses your personal information for the communication of the conference only, and for any post-conference & future communication of our conference, you can opt-out the organiser’s email communication (except for this conference) during the registration and anytime later.
Our conference sponsor can access the conference’s participant list including some of your personal information, and you can opt-out the sponsor’s email communication during the registration and anytime later. We will not share your email address with the sponsor if your opt-out the sponsor’s email communication during the registration.
Your delivery address for T-shirt will be used by organiser for T-shirt delivery only, it will not shared with sponsors.
