Python is your frend with MySQL Shell

The New generation tooling for MySQL is MySQL Shell.  It has SQL, JS and Python language support.  Using Python with MySQL Shell allows quick ease of use on CLI with MySQL Server.  The session will share the latest usage of MySQL Shell in NoSQL (Collection API) and writing MySQL Shell reports together with Python Script to create Reliable MySQL InnoDB Cluster.   The new data dump and load with MySQL Shell will also be shared in the session.

Ivan Ma is the MySQL User Group Lead in Hong Kong. He has over 20+ years of experience in enterprise system infrastructure and software technologies. .

He joined MySQL, is currently as MySQL Principal Solutions Engineer, Asia Pacific with Oracle, and his role is responsible for pre-sales activities, technical education, and MySQL evangelization.

Prior to joining MySQL team, he joined Oracle as System and MiddlewareTeam from Sun Mircosystems acquisition. Prior to Sun Microsystems, he was Principal Solution Architect with Sybase APAC covering APAC regions.
